At Burton Outlet, your satisfaction matters — but please note that due to our deep-discount clearance model, our return policy is slightly stricter than traditional retail stores.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • Snowboards and boots must not show any signs of mounting or use

  • Final sale or marked “Non-Returnable” items are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@burtonoutlet.online with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Due to warehouse clearance, quantities are limited and restocks are not guaranteed.
