At Burton Outlet, we’re committed to delivering your gear quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that weather or seasonal volume may affect shipping speeds.

Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check banners or announcements on our site.

Snowboards & Oversized Items
Due to shipping restrictions on oversized items, each order is limited to 1 snowboard. These items may take slightly longer to arrive and may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than usual.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@burtonoutlet.online. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your gear.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase.
